Each Transition Towns must develop an Energy Descent Action Plan, based around a number of topics or themes. What these themes are, will depend upon the priorities of the communities developing the plans. These will be influenced by the environment and economy of the area, as well as the people who live there. The themes and related actions will emerge as each community undertakes their shared journey together.
To give you some ideas, here are the themes that emerged from the first Energy Descent Action Plan developed by Kinsale, which was the first Transition Town:
